This project implements a sophisticated workflow automation between HubSpot and ClickUp. When a deal changes its pipeline status in HubSpot, the system automatically triggers a workflow that first verifies if the company associated with the deal already has a space in ClickUp. If the company space exists, it creates only a task with the deal name and relevant information. If no space exists, the workflow creates both a new company space and the corresponding task with all necessary values. This automation significantly reduces manual work and ensures consistent project management across both platforms.
